BOOKING PROCEDURES:

Request for reservation could be done in three different ways.

  • Phone Booking: Call our office and speak to a Reservations Agents. Sales person will gather all travel plans and personal information from you. You will receive an email with Terms of Service (short version is below), travel plans and passengers information. Followed to this an email with Payment Request and a reference number will re direct you to pay via Paypal.com secure server. Once we receive the notice that your payment has been made a  confirmation email will be issued and your or passengers name will be placed in the passenger's list. There is nothing to print.

  • Buy Now Button: if while you are browsing our pages you find the trip right for you, just click on the "BUY" button and pay directly on Paypal.com secure server. You will receive an email with your confirmation and passenger's name is placed on driver's itinerary. Nothing to print.

  • By Reservation Request Form: Fill out the form with the requested information. This information is transmitted to us securely. You will receive a receipt email. This will let you know your request has arrived to us. Once availability is confirmed your payment is processed in our virtual terminal. A reservation email with the confirmation number will be sent and passengers details placed in our itinerary. There is nothing to print. We do not store your credit card information.

          you are at least 18 years of age;

          you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;

          you will use this reservation in accordance with this Agreement;

          you will only use this reservation form to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act;

          you will inform such other persons about the terms and conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto;

          all information supplied by you on this reservation form is true, accurate, current and complete,

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (SHORT VERSION)

•           Tickets are non refundable. Service reschedule are only allowed once free of charge. A fee of 30% of the total price per ticket will be charged for itinerary changes after the confirmation is sent, provided that the booking rules were followed.

·               Payments are handled by Paypal.com. By submitting your payment thru PayPal you agree to their terms of service. Please refer to their website for governing rules.

•           Tickets are nontransferable and name changes are not allowed.

•           Please read important information regarding liability limitations.

•           Prices do not include excess of baggage fees or other fees (as additional waiting time) charged directly by the trip operators.  For more information read our Conditions of Carriage and Baggage limitations.

•           Read an overview of all the rules and restrictions applicable to this fare.

•           Read the complete penalty rules for changes and cancellations applicable to this fare.

•           In the event you wish to cancel this service, you must do it with at least 24 hours prior originally scheduled departure and should be made through our Dispatch Center by calling 1 877 246 4786 option 4. You are more than welcome to leave a message if no answer or contact us by electronic mail or contact us form.

If you are traveling within 24 Hours, please call 1 877 246 4786  between 9AM and 6PM  (US Eastern Time) Your reservation request is not confirmed until we send you an email  with your payment confirmation and booking reference.

Frequently asked booking questions

Why I have to pre pay for my ticket?

TF Orlando pre-negotiates certain transportation rates with trip operators  to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated rate for transportation services  reserved on your behalf by TF Orlando and the facilitation fee retained by TF Orlando to compensate us for our services. You authorize TF Orlando  to book reservations for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize TFOrlando.com to facilitate seats reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with trip operators.  
 We retain our service fees as compensation in servicing your travel reservation. Our service fees vary based on the amount and type of transfer reservation.

The bus was late. Am I entitled to a refund?
No. TF Orlando acts as a booking agent. While TF Orlando makes every effort to ensure trip operators provide on-time service, they do not guarantee  departure and arrival times, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical problems. TF Orlando is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay.

The bus was late and I missed a connection on another bus line. Am I entitled to a refund of the other ticket?
No. TF Orlando acts as a booking agent and is not liable for the expense of connecting bus service missed as a result of a delay. However, you may wish to contact the connecting bus line for their specific refund procedures.

The bus was late and I missed a connecting flight. Am I entitled to a refund of the cost of my plane ticket?
No. TF Orlando or  the operators are not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay. Please ensure you allow plenty of time for connecting flights.
 

I arrived late to the station and I missed the bus, could I use my ticket to travel in the next shuttle?
NO. If you missed the bus you are not entitled to travel in the next service or to get a refund. Once you purchase a ticket and you receive the confirmation your seat is guaranteed. If you got late to the station or you decided to take an alternative transportation your seat will be empty on the vehicle because it was already reserved for you. We do not sell the same seat to several people in the same trip at the same schedule.
If you wish to travel in the next available service you have to purchase a new ticket.
 
I just learned of a lower fare available, but I already bought the ticket at a higher price. How do I receive a refund?
Fares are subject to change at any time without notification. Once you are ticketed, you cannot "downgrade" to a lower fare. If you paid a lower fare and the rate was increased, you would not be asked to pay the difference.

I may qualify for Promotion Code discount, but I already bought the ticket at a higher price. How do I receive a refund?
Once you receive a confirmation, TF Orlando is not able to change your fare or add promotion codes. Please be sure to enter the promotion code at the time of booking. Discounted rates for online specials are only applicable for bookings made online using BUY button.

I haven't used my ticket. Can I get a refund?
All travel booked with TF Orlando is non-refundable. If you cancel with our dispatch department at least 24 hours before your travel is meant to take place we will issue a credit for future travel. If a credit is issued to you, this will be valid for 3 months from the first date of travel as listed on your confirmation. You will be issued a credit reference which must be provided by you at the time of rebooking.
 
Why does TF Orlando  have a No Refund Policy?
We book trips with our operators in good faith and they plan schedules accordingly, additionally the Credit Card Companies charge a very large fee for processing refunds. In order for us to keep our fares low, it is necessary for us to have a No Refund Policy. If you find it necessary to cancel all or a portion of your trip, you will be credited for that amount towards future travel providing the terms above are met. If this is agreed by TF Orlando, you will be issued with a credit note which is valid for 3 months from the original date of travel. Cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance of your travel by calling our dispatch department.
