Q - How long does it take?

A- Door to door service has an estimated driving time of 5 and half hours. However it may take up to 2 additional hours to pick up and drop off in areas such as Orlando and Miami.

Q - If I go to a certain location to board the vehicle do I pay a lower fare?

A - No. Door to door has a base rate that covers a limited area. There is also an extended area that we are able to cover for an additional fee. Outside of this service area it has some pick up or drop off points to make it more accessible, but still the base rate needs to be met.
