LOWEST FARES ARE FOUND ONLINE

Online is the fastest and easiest way to purchase your ticket. You may view our schedules and ticket prices simply by clicking a button. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email and your name will be placed in the passenger’s list, therefore there is no printing needed. Very easy, very affordable, very secure!
You can place your order by phone and select the best payment method for you: We can invoice you and you check out online directly. If you decide that is better to pay by phone, an agent will be happy to take your payment, however there will be an additional convenience fee added to your total. ($ 5 plus 5% off the total)
Ticket purchasing is available by chatting live with one of our friendly bilingual representatives. Same as a phone booking option you have the options of paying yourself (we will send you the invoice) or providing payment information to the agent (additional convenience fee will apply)

Cashier’s checks, Corporate checks and money orders are accepted for  reservations done in advance 6 (six) weeks. Payment must be clear before confirmation is submitted.
Please contact us to have bank information if you want to wire transfer the charger for services. Must be done in advance and confirmation will be submitted once payment is cleared.
Due to safety reasons cash is not accepted in any location. We do not dispatch any service without pre-payment.

Additional Charges

Waiting Time for Private Services: Wait time for the first 30 minutes after scheduled departure time is complimentary for private/on demand services only. Each 30 minutes thereafter is charged at a rate of $50.00 incrementally for vehicles up to 14 passengers and an hourly charter rate for all other vehicles. It is your responsibility to inform your driver if you are delayed. They will do our best to re-accommodate you but cannot guarantee availability. If they do not have contact with you within the first 30 minutes after scheduled pick up you will be considered a “no show” and no refunds will be granted.

 Extra Stops: transfers are from point to point, one pick up and one drop off only.  Additional stops for pick up/drop off, coffee breaks, or city viewing are considered extra stops and charged above the regular fare.  Pick up/ Drop off extra stop is $ 25, Coffee Break up to 30 minutes $ 30, Lunch break $ 50 up to one hour. Additional time will be charged $1 per minute. 

Meet & Greet Services

Service is available upon request exclusively and it is charged per hour additionally to the regular fare. Rate per hour is $ 50 for one greeter up to 14 passengers. Minimun one hour required. Please notify in advance if you wish to make arrangements for Meet & Greet, as well as special requirement as language preference or larger groups. 

 Late Services (overnight)

Private services scheduled to pick up between 10:00 pm and 05:00 am will be added an extra 10% overnight fee above the regular fare.

 Phone Reservations and Live Support Reservations

Since trips information and answers to most common questions could be found in this website, we strongly encourage booking online directly.

Customers willing to book services with the assistance of an agent over the phone or live support will be charged an additional $ 5 per passenger. 

Payments taken by an agent will have an additional charge for “priority processing”. This fee will be automatically added to your card and it will be equal to $ 5 plus 5 % of the total on private services.  We are not to be held responsible for inaccurate information provided to us.

If you do not wish to pay this fee please ask our representative to invoice you, so you can make the payment online directly.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds.

REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS

All sales are final and we do not issue refunds for unused tickets.

If you wish to CANCEL your reservation you may be eligible for credit for future travel. If you want to do so, you must notify us in writing 48 hours prior your originally scheduled departure. Please direct your request to credits@tforlando.com . We will reply with your credit code valid for six months.

 SERVICE RE-SCHEDULE

For shared scheduled services, reschedule is only allowed with fee of $10 price per ticket will be charged for itinerary changes after booking is placed, provided that the booking rules were followed.  Changes must be requested more than 48 hours from originally scheduled departure time and by email exclusively or via “CONTACT US” form online. Please include your confirmation number and pre pay fees accordingly to the number of tickets using the PAY NOW button.   Passengers booking services for travel within 48 hours cannot make changes, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Under no circumstances we will accept re schedules requests over the phone. Requests must be directed to customerservice@tforlando.com

 LUGAGGE POLICY

Passengers booking shared scheduled shuttles are allowed to carry their luggage with the following restrictions:

Vans: 2 suitcase + 1 carry on per person                               Buses: 2 suitcases + 2 carry on per person

Extra luggage is $10 per suitcase. It is your responsibility to notify in advance, if your baggage is over the allowance so we can adjust vehicle capacity and make charges accordingly. If your luggage does not fit in the vehicle and you decide not to take the shuttle, it will be considered as “no-show’ and no refunds or credits will be given.  It is your responsibility to notify the company the number of bags you’re carrying with you.

Parties booking 10 passengers or fewer who need to accommodate more than 2 suitcases per person, should consider requesting a luggage trailer.

Car Seats

Are only available as courtesy to our customers. They're only available on "first come first served" basis.   If you request a car seat and is available, you will be responsible for make necessary adjustments and attaching to the seat. 

Due to shceduling procedures and effectiveness of service, driver may not be able to provide car seat. We apologize in advance if this happens. However we do not offer refunds or compensations for car seats unavailability.

You're more than welcome to bring your own car seat. When booking round trip, we will be able to store if for you at no additional charge.

Pets on board

Your pet is allowed on board of your shuttle when booking a private service exclusively. There will be an additional $25 fee for desinfection of the vehicle.
