What time should I schedule
my pick up at the Airport?
Generally, we ask that you schedule your pick up
from the airport 30 to 45 minutes AFTER your flight
lands. This will allow you enough time to deplane,
walk to baggage claim, claim your luggage and exit
the terminal building to the ground transportation
area.
What if my flight is delayed?
Our Dispatch tracks all flights for incoming
passengers. If your flight is delayed, in most
cases, we will know before you do. Not to worry -
our Dispatcher on duty will notify the driver and
adjust their pick up time. There is no additional
charge to you for flight delays.
Please make sure that we have your correct flight
information. If the airline has changed your flight
we will be not be able to track your flight. In this
case you must notify us of any changes
How will I find my driver?
Upon your arrival, just follow the directions to
baggage claim. Driver will meet with you outside of
your arrival airline by the curbside. We strongly
recommend calling your driver as soon as you land.
Due to security regulations vehicles are not
permitted to stand by and drivers wait at the Cell
Lot area.
It is important that you have contact with your
driver. There is NO airport in the United States
that will allow ANY vehicle (Commercial or Personal)
to "sit parked" in front of the airport terminal
waiting. The authorities will demand that the driver
move the vehicle after 1 to 2 minutes.
1. We ask that you provide us with your Cell
Phone number when you make your reservation. It is
our policy that our driver calls you 15 minutes
before your scheduled pick up time to coordinate the
exact pick up location.
2. If you do not have a cell phone, our Dispatch
Desk will e-mail you the Driver’s Name and Direct
Cell Phone Number for you to call.
Note: If you have a cell phone
number OUTSIDE the USA, our driver will NOT be able
to call you. You will need to call the driver. Your
driver's name and direct number will be in your
confirmation email or driver assignation email.
Additionally you could call our Dispatch to be
connected with your driver. Our Dispatch line is
option 4 when dialing (407) 705 3888 or 1 877 246
4786.
Will the driver wait with a sign with my name on it?
No. In order to keep our fares low, we do not
offer meet & greet services. If your party requires
“Meet & Greet” services, please contact us for
pricing and detailed information
Do I need to call if I’ve already
pre-booked?
It’s important to communicate with your
driver in case times needs to be adjusted and for
meeting arrangements.
How do I plan my pick up time based
on my flight’s departure information?
Florida Bus Reservations suggests:
International Flights: 3 ½ hours prior your
flight departure.
Domestic Flights: 2 ½ hours prior your
flight departure.
However, you should follow your airline
carrier’s recommendation on how long in advance you
are required to be at the airport. If you decide to
make changes to reservations, please contact us in
