Welcome to THE SHUTTLE PEOPLE -
TFORLANDO.com website (the "Website"). This
Website is provided with the purpose of assisting customers in
gathering travel information, determining the availability of
transportation and transfer services, making legitimate
reservations or otherwise transacting business with trip
operator, and for no other purposes. The terms "we", "us", "our"
and "TF Orlando” or “The Shuttle People” refer to TFOrlando.com,
website kept and maintained by The Queen and Co Solutions, LLC ,
a Florida Limited Liability Partnership. The term "you" refers
to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a
reservation through us on this Website, or through our customer
service agents.
This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance
without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices
set forth below (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or
using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the
Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not
accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this
Website. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review
the most current version of the Agreement. We reserve the right
at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise
modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued
access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the
updated or modified Agreement.

SUPPLIERS AND
OR TRIP OPERATORS RULES AND RESTRICTIONS Additional terms and conditions may apply to your reservation
and purchase of transfer or transportation services that you
select. Please read these additional terms and conditions
carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of
purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal,
including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due
and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions
regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services.
You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain
services and/or activities may require you to sign their
liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or
activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any
such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in
cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access
to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting
any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting
your account for any costs we incur as a result of such
violation.
Ex:
A trip operator
may charge an additional fee for excessive luggage or waiting
time that exceeds the agreed and explained in our
Conditions of Carriage Section.
Prepaid
Transfer Reservations
You acknowledge that TF Orlando pre-negotiates certain
transportation rates with trip operators to facilitate the
booking of reservations on your behalf. The rate displayed on
the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated rate for
transportation services reserved on your behalf by TF Orlando
and the facilitation fee retained by TF Orlando to compensate us
for our services. You authorize TF Orlando to book reservations
for the total reservation price, which includes the fare
displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service
fees. You agree that your credit card will be charged by
TFOrlando.com The Shuttle People – The Queen & Co Solutions, LLC
for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your
reservation request you authorize TFOrlando.com to facilitate
seats reservations on your behalf, including making payment
arrangements with trip operators.
We retain our service fees as compensation in servicing your
travel reservation. Our service fees vary based on the amount
and type of transfer reservation.
If you use this
Site to submit Requests for or on behalf of a third-party
("Third-party"), such as a family member or a traveling
companion, you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of
information provided in connection with such use. In addition,
you must inform the Third-party of all Terms and Conditions
applicable to all products or services acquired through this
Site including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
Each User using this Site for or on behalf of a Third-party
agrees to indemnify and hold each Covered Party harmless from
and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and
claims (including the costs of defense), relating to the
Third-party's or the User's failure to fulfill any of its
obligations as described above. You are directly responsible for
any Request submitted including for total charges and
performance obligations
TRAVEL
DESTINATIONS
Although most travel, is completed without incident, travel to
certain destinations may involve greater risk than others.
TFOrlando.com urges passengers to review weather conditions,
travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories
issued by official agencies of the United States Government
prior to booking travel to any destinations.
TFORLANDO.com
offers NO refunds for cancellation of trips occurred as a result
of weather conditions, road closures, traffic disturbance.
TFOrlando.com
offers NO compensation for misconnections due to any of the
circumstances above mentioned.
Force
Majeure
The Company and
The Trip Operator shall have no liability for any failure or
delay in performing their obligations under the Booking
Contract, and neither party shall be deemed in breach of its
obligations there under, if such failure or delay is due to Acts
of God, natural disasters, strike, national, state or local
states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism or other causes
beyond the direct control of The Company or Trip Operator.

MADE UNDER AN INCORRECT PRICE. IN SUCH EVENT, IF AVAILABLE, WE

AT THE CORRECT PRICE OR WE WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT

liability of the “The Queen & Co. Solutions, LLC” Companies, the
their Affiliates and/or their respective suppliers will in no
event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the service
fees you paid to us in connection with such transaction(s) on
this Website, or (b) One-Hundred Dollars (US$100.00) or the
equivalent in local currency.
The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk
between the parties. The limitations specified in this section
will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in
these terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
The limitations of liability provided in these terms inure to
the benefit of the “The Queen & Co. Solutions, LLC” DBA
TFOrlando.com , their Affiliates, and/or their respective
suppliers.
The booking party
for themselves and on behalf of the passengers, hereby expressly
agrees that The Company shall not be responsible or liable in
any manner for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches
or negligence of any such contractor or for personal injuries,
death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting
from transportation services provided under the booking
contract.
To the
fullest extent permitted by law, and not withstanding any other
provisions of his agreement, the booking party and their
passengers agree, in consideration for the services provided by
The Company, to indemnify and hold The Company harmless from any
and all damages, injuries, claims and causes of action, any type
or kind, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the
negligence of The Company, it's employees, agents or
representatives or The Trip Operator or it's employees, agents
or representatives

This Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by
parties other than TFOrlando. Such hyperlinks are provided for
your reference only. We do not control such websites and are not
responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices
of such websites. Further, it is up to you to take precautions
to ensure that whatever links you select or software you
download (whether from this Website or other websites) is free
of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and
other items of a destructive nature. Our inclusion of hyperlinks
to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material
on such websites or any association with their operators
Tickets are NON
refundable. Your may re schedule once with no penalty and
with at least 24 hours before originally scheduled time.
After the first schedule change an administrative fee equals
to the 30% of the total fare will be charged for itinerary
changes after the payment has been processed, provided that
the booking rules were followed. In case of upgrading for a
greater value service this fee is not applicable.
Tickets are
nontransferable and name changes are not allowed.
Prices do not include
excess of baggage fees or other fees (as waiting time in
excess of the first 25 minutes on PRIVATE SERVICES ONLY)
charged directly by the trip operator.
Booking agreement also includes your understanding and consent
of the following terms:
TF Orlando acts as a booking agent
Valid Government Issued Identification may be required to
board all shuttles booked by TF Orlando and must be shown if
requested
Schedules and Fares are subject to change without prior
notice.
Departure date and time may be changed once with no penalty
by prior arrangement with TF Orlando and is subject to
availability of trip operator.
Service reschedules are only allowed if requested at least
24 hours prior to traveling for our Mainline service within
normal office hours 9am to 6pm and will be at availability
of trip operator. Issued Credits are to be used within 3
months of the reservation date and for an equal or lesser
value trip. No multiple booking will be considered. Credits
or tickets are non transferable.
On any private/on demand service or portion of transfer
additional stops or changes to the destination should be
made through our Dispatch Center by calling 1877 246 4786
option 4. Dispatcher on duty will check availability and if
any price difference is due will notify you and request
payment. Assigned drivers are not authorized to do so until
TF Orlando has contacted trip operator.
TF Orlando or trip operators will not be responsible for
delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather, or
other conditions beyond our control.
TF Orlando or trip operators will not be responsible for
inaccurate information provided by you or by the person
acting in your behalf to request this reservation. Your
request for reservation email will contain travel details
and is your responsibility check for accuracy and notify if
any correction needs to be made before paying for it. This
email with travel details will also have your request code
and link that will re direct you to Paypal.com secure server
and pay. Once the payment has been made your confirmation
email will be sent and your name will be placed on the
passengers list. You don't need to print your confirmation
since the driver will have your information.
TF Orlando and trip operator reserve the right to refuse
passage to any passenger.
Car seats are only provided free of charge as a
courtesy to passengers on first come first served basis and
we are not able to guarantee their availability. No refunds
will be provided either partial or total for car seat
unavailability.To assure a car seat for your trip, please
bring your own. We will gladly store it for you if you have
booked a round trip with us. Car Seat Policy:
TF Orlando or trip operators are not to be held liable for
car seat use. Driver will provide the car seat to the
passenger. Driver will not attach car seat to vehicle or
hold children while parents attach car seat to the vehicle.
Use of car seat is at passenger’s discretion only; therefore
passenger assumes all responsibilities and is liable for
this.
Trip operators do not allow passengers to consume alcoholic
beverages while on-board.
Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs on
vehicles as a result of negligence.
Trip operator reserves the right to substitute equipment
based on operational needs.
A No Show will be considered for Mainline Scheduled Services
if trip operator does not have contact with you within 10
minutes of your scheduled pick up time, please ensure the
cell no given at the time of booking is accurate and that it
is switched on during the day of travel. Passenger check-in
is available on-board 5 minutes prior to scheduled
departure. Passengers should arrive at the departure station
location at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled
departure. No refunds will be given and no credits will be
issued for No Show. If you have booked a roundtrip the
return will automatically be cancelled.
TF Orlando or our trip operators are not responsible for
late arriving flights or disembarkation from ships. Wait
time for the first 30 minutes after scheduled departure time
is complimentary for private/on demand services only. Each
30 minutes thereafter is charged at a rate of $50.00
incrementally for vehicles up to 14 passengers and an hourly
charter rate for all other vehicles. It is your
responsibility to advise your driver if you are delayed.
They will do our best to re-accommodate you but cannot
guarantee availability. If they do not have contact with you
within the first 30 minutes after scheduled pick up you will
be considered a no show.
TF Orlando is not responsible for inaccurate information
provided by customers or for inaccuracy on flights tracking
services.
Charges are based on number of passengers regardless of age.
TF Orlando does not issue paper tickets. After your submit your
request for reservation an email will be sent to you with you
itinerary, price, reference number and link to make payment.
Please check for accuracy of the information and complete the
missing data. Once you have done so if you you could click on
the payment link to be re directed to Paypal.com secure site and
pay for your ticket. After the payment is received and email
with your payment reference/confirmation number and trip
operator assignation will be electronically mailed and your name
will be placed on the passengers list. There is no need of
printing your confirmation.
Driver Gratuity
All trips on Mainline services booked with TF Orlando have
Driver Gratuity built in to the fare. If you find your driver
extraordinary, you are welcome to give the driver an additional
tip.
All travel booked with TF Orlando is non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled trip departure time, TF Orlando
assumes no liability and a refund will not be issued. However,
we will make every attempt to contact you at the telephone
number you provided during the reservation process to ensure
that you are given every opportunity to reschedule if
necessary. Rescheduled Tickets are valid for 3 months from date
of issue.
If you have any questions, please contact your Reservations
Sales Agent or Travel Agent.
Check-in Procedures
Passenger check-in is available on-board 5 minutes prior to
scheduled departure. Passengers should arrive at the departure
station location at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled
departure. Passengers presenting themselves on-board without a
reservation will not be permitted to travel.
Advance Reservations are required!
Passengers not at the designated collection point at the agreed
time and who have not contacted us will be considered a no show.
No refunds will be given and no credits will be issued.
Passengers booking with TF Orlando will be allowed two pieces of
luggage free of charge. In addition, you are permitted two
carry-on items that must be able to fit in the overhead
compartment or under the seat in front of you. For your safety,
our operators do not permit carry-on bags to be in the aisle way
at anytime. Laptop computers may be brought aboard as one of two
allowed carry-on items.
The trip operator reserves the right to refuse any carry-on or
item of luggage for security purposes.
The maximum allowable weight for baggage is 50 lbs. per
individual piece. For excess, oversize or overweight items there
will be an additional charge of $25 per piece on mainline
services and $15 per piece for on demand services. You must be
able to carry your own luggage.
TF Orlando
or the trip operator are not responsible for luggage that is
left behind.
Bicycles are not accepted on any routes unless by prior
agreement with the company
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include acids, ammunition, animals, combustible
liquids, compressed gases, corpses, cremated remains,
explosives, firearms of all types, fireworks, flammable liquids,
furniture, hazardous materials (poisons, radioactive materials,
etc.), materials with a disagreeable odor, matches, merchandise
for resale, protruding articles, or any unsecured articles
including those in plastic or paper bags. Electronic equipment
(television, stereos, etc.), film (flammable), and perishable
items (food). Oxygen Tanks are strictly prohibited to be checked
in or brought on-board.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted by any trip operator.
Under no circumstances our trip operators allow pets of any kind
onboard of our vehicles.
Trip Delays
TF Orlando acts as a booking agent , trip operators make
every effort to provide on-time service, they do not guarantee
departure and arrival times, which may be affected by any number
of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical problems.
TF Orlando is not liable for any inconvenience or expense
caused as a result of such a delay, however, traffic conditions
and weather may alter the departure and arrival times. When this
happens, trip operators make every attempt to communicate with
passengers to keep them informed as to the cause of the delay
and the estimated time of departure / arrival. We thank you in
advance for your patience and understanding that unavoidable
delays are beyond our control.
Trip Cancellations
If anyone scheduled trip has less than 4 Passengers Reserved, it
is possible that trip operators may find it necessary to combine
two trips into one making it more feasible to operate the trip.
We apologize in advance if this happens to your trip. TF Orlando
or trip operator shall notify you at least 12 hours prior to a
trip cancellation if it is for the purpose of combining of
trips. We will attempt to contact you at the telephone number or
email address provided to offer alternative travel but cannot be
held responsible for if you do not reply and the trip is
cancelled.

When making your booking over the phone you will be requested
only your email address and a payment request will be sent to
that address. In order to complete this payment information you

No. TF Orlando acts as a booking agent. While TF Orlando
makes every effort to ensure trip operators provide on-time
service, they do not guarantee departure and arrival
times, which may be affected by any number of factors including
weather, traffic, or mechanical problems. TF Orlando is not
liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of
such a delay.
The bus was late and I missed a connection on another bus
line. Am I entitled to a refund of the other ticket?
No. TF Orlando acts as a booking agent and is not liable for
the expense of connecting bus service missed as a result of a
delay. However, you may wish to contact the connecting bus line
for their specific refund procedures.
The bus was late and I missed a connecting flight. Am I
entitled to a refund of the cost of my plane ticket? No. TF Orlando or the operators are not liable for
any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay. Please
ensure you allow plenty of time for connecting flights.
I just learned of a lower fare available, but I already
bought the ticket at a higher price. How do I receive a refund? Fares are subject to change at any time without
notification. Once you are ticketed, you cannot "downgrade" to a
lower fare. If you paid a lower fare and the rate was increased,
you would not be asked to pay the difference.
I may qualify for Promotion Code discount, but I already
bought the ticket at a higher price. How do I receive a refund? Once you receive a confirmation, TF Orlando is not able to
change your fare or add promotion codes. Please be sure to enter
the promotion code at the time of booking.
I haven't used my ticket. Can I get a refund? All travel booked with TF Orlando is non-refundable. If you
cancel with our dispatch department at least 24 hours before
your travel is meant to take place we will issue a credit for
future travel. If a credit is issued to you, this will be valid
for 3 months from the first date of travel as listed on your
confirmation. You will be issued a credit reference which must
be provided by you at the time of rebooking.
Why does TF Orlando
have a No Refund Policy?
We book trips with our
operators in good faith and they plan schedules accordingly,
additionally the Credit Card Companies charge a very large fee
for processing refunds. In order for us to keep our fares low,
it is necessary for us to have a No Refund Policy. If you find
it necessary to cancel all or a portion of your trip, you will
be credited for that amount towards future travel providing the
terms above are met. If this is agreed by TF Orlando, you will
be issued with a credit note which is valid for 3 months from
the original date of travel. Cancellations MUST be made at least
24 hours in advance of your travel by calling our dispatch
department.
